Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings, implementing individualized plans written by a supervising BCBA, and collecting data. Requirements include experience with children with ASD, strong English communication, a valid state ID, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children on autism spectrum disorders.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation and driving license.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and be punctual for appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.
