Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism, in home or clinic settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA and contribute to data collection and session notes.

Applicants should have RBT certification, experience with ASD, strong English communication, reliable transportation and a valid ID.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, including verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation to commute between locations.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Maintain transportation to locations and punctuality.
