Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism across home, school, and community settings. This part-time role offers mentorship, flexible scheduling, and room to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You’ll implement ABA-based plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and a BCBA on a supportive clinical team. Travel locally may be required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
