Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings with ABA-based treatment plans.

The role offers flexible part-time scheduling with potential to grow to full-time as caseloads expand, mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement toward BCBA, plus travel locally for in-home sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
