Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings. This part-time role offers mentorship, hands-on training, and pathways to career growth within ABA.

You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Flexible scheduling, optional transition to full-time as caseloads expand, and travel within the local area are available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
