Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and related developmental needs. You will implement ABA-based plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and BCBA teams.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred in psychology or education.
• Reliable transportation with willingness to travel for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
