Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings. The role is part-time with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

We provide ongoing mentorship, hands-on training, and opportunities for advancement within ABA. You will work with BCBA supervision, collect data, and help families achieve meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology/Education or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, move between sitting and standing, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
