Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with growth potential as caseloads expand. Join a team that supports children with autism and other developmental disabilities, providing hands-on ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.

You’ll receive mentorship, regular training, travel-friendly scheduling, and opportunities to advance toward BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Physically able to assist and lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
