Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans under a BCBA, using positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence, and collect progress data.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
