Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians for part-time in-home, school, or community sessions. You will implement ABA-based plans, track progress with data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to support client outcomes.

The role offers hands-on mentorship, growth opportunities, and a pathway from RBT to BCBA with our support, plus flexible scheduling and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
