Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, part-time with growth to full-time as caseloads expand.

You'll implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. We offer mentorship, career growth, paid travel where applicable, and competitive pay with annual raises.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology/education or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, transition between sitting and standing, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
