PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with growth into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based plans under BCBA supervision and recording progress data.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degrees welcomed.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
