Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is hiring to provide ABA services to children in-home and in community settings under supervision of a BCBA. The role includes implementing therapy programs designed by the BCBA and teaching skills to help children meet functional goals.

We support pursuing a BCBA degree with supervision hours, plus a tuition scholarship and reimbursement program. Opportunities for advancement exist as the company grows across Georgia, with flexible scheduling for part-time after-school hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the keids to meet their functional goals and needs.
