Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time in-home, school, or community sessions. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and support families while advancing toward full-time opportunities as caseloads expand.

The role requires an active RBT certification, experience with children in ABA or related fields, and a high school diploma (a Bachelor’s in psychology/education is preferred).

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field preferred.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in psychology/education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
