Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to support children in home, school, or community settings with ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA.

Applicants should have an active RBT certification, experience with ABA, and a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred).

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology/education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
