Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and collect progress data.

The role offers mentorship, growth opportunities to BCBA, flexible scheduling, and paid travel. A high school diploma and active RBT certification are required, with local travel urged.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with ABA therapy and working with children.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams; attend team meetings.
