Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to implement ABA plans in home, school, or community settings. Part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 with children, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and BCBA teams. Requires active RBT certification, HS diploma; willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology or related field.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
