Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with growth into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans under a BCBA supervision and collecting progress data.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams; participate in team meetings.
