Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician for part-time in-home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and collect data to monitor progress, with support for career growth within the ABA field.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification, experience with children, and reliable transportation for local travel.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with ABA therapy and children.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
