Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings. The role follows individualized plans written by a supervising BCBA, with data collection and session notes required.

You will collaborate with peers and supervisors and participate in regular staff meetings and trainings. Must have RBT certification, valid state ID, reliable transportation, and be willing to travel up to 25% to locations in Maryland and

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as written by supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
