Job summary

Crown ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic for children. You will work under BCBA supervision and contribute to data-driven treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Prior experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track client progress through accurate data collection.
• Collaborate with families and the care team to create the best outcomes.
