Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.

• Prior ABA therapy experience with children is a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Track client progress through accurate data collection.
• Collaborate with families and the care team to create the best outcomes.
• Foster a safe, nurturing environment that supports growth.
