Job summary

Crown ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics in Boyds, MD. You will work under BCBA-directed plans and support families to help children reach their potential.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) with support from the company.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and have reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or clinic setting.
• Follow treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Track client progress through accurate data collection.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
• Create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.
