Job summary

Aluma Care, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team in New Durham, NH. This role offers flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time options and opportunities to grow through training and certification support.

You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in various settings, implement BCBA-designed plans, and track progress while collaborating with families and colleagues to maximize client success.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
