Job summary

Aluma Care Management LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team in Wolfeboro, NH, offering flexible schedules and meaningful in-home, school, or clinic therapy.

You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect data on client progress, and collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• HS diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus.
• Ability to pass background check; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members for client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
