Job summary

Aluma Care, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team in Keene, NH. The role involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy across in-home, school, or clinic settings, under BCBA supervision, with data collection to track client progress and collaboration with families for client success.

Flexible scheduling includes part-time and full-time options, with competitive pay and opportunities for training and certification support.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
