Aluma Care, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support kids through in-home, school, or clinic ABA sessions in Gorham, NH. The role emphasizes data-driven progress and teamwork with BCBA plans.

You will collect data, implement plans, and collaborate closely with families to ensure client success while maintaining a safe, supportive environment. Training and certifications are provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
