Job summary

Aluma Care, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and the team to drive client success.

The role prioritizes a safe, positive therapy environment and flexible scheduling to support kids’ growth and development in New Boston, NH. RBT certification and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience with children is a plus but not required.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
