Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA and track progress using clinical software.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or eligible to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate real-time data using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions.
