Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings.

You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and collect progress data, while collaborating with families and clinical teams to ensure client success. The role offers flexible scheduling, growth opportunities, and eligibility for holiday pay, travel reimbursement, and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related settings.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage clients, sit on the floor, and assist with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
