Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring part‑time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, or education.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA.
• Record data and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend team meetings and professional development sessions.
