Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children through in-home, school, and community sessions. You will implement ABA plans under a BCBA, collect data, and promote learning with positive reinforcement.

We offer part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads expand, flexible scheduling, yearly raises, a quarterly bonus, and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff. Travel locally is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
