Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, and collect progress data while collaborating with families and clinical teams.

Part-time positions are available with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
