Level Ahead is seeking RBTs to join a supportive, team-focused environment where you can grow and make a real impact.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism in home and community settings, implement ABA programs designed by a BCBA, take notes, track progress, and collaborate closely with your BCBA and team. Flexible scheduling and a strong mentorship culture are offered to support your development.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to complete certification.
• Experience working with children or in ABA is a plus.
• Reliable transportation
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism in home and community settings
• Implement ABA programs designed by a BCBA
• Take session notes and track client progress using our data system
• Communicate regularly with your BCBA and team
• Build strong, positive relationships with clients and families
