Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will collect data on treatment goals and work under a BCBA supervisor to implement behavior plans, while also supporting families with progress updates and strategies.

The role offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules, after-school hours, and potential for ongoing training and mentorship from experienced BCBAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology or related field a plus.
• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
