Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings for children with autism, helping them develop communication, social and independence skills while receiving hands-on supervision.

You will work under a BCBA, collect data on goals, and implement behavior plans. You’ll also share progress updates with families, offering practical strategies and ongoing support.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology or education a plus.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.
