Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home settings for children with autism. You will collect session data to track progress and work under a BCBA to implement individualized behavior plans.

This role supports families by sharing practical strategies and progress updates, while developing your skills through ongoing supervision and hands-on training. Flexible scheduling and part-time options available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus).
• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
