Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes for children with autism. You will collect data and work closely with a BCBA supervisor to implement behavior plans, while supporting families with progress updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; psychology/education coursework a plus.
• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.

• Collect data on treatment goals during sessions.
