Job summary

Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC in Queens, NY is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, and center-based settings. You will work under BCBA supervision and collect data within 24 hours using Rethink.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Minimum 6 months hands-on ABA experience with children.
• Strong understanding of data collection and ABA principles (DTT, NET, reinforcement, prompting).
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently during sessions.
• Strong communication with families and clinical supervisors.
• Experience working in school-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, and/or center-based settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation using Rethink within 24 hours.
• Maintain strong fidelity to behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Communicate regularly with families and your supervising BCBA.
• Participate in structured 7-day and 30-day onboarding check-ins to support your success.
