Job summary

Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC in Queens, NY is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, and center-based settings. You will work under BCBA supervision and collect data within 24 hours using Rethink.

The role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing clinical support, and pathways toward BCBA certification, with a user-friendly platform and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Minimum 6 months hands-on ABA experience with children.
• Strong understanding of data collection and ABA principles (DTT, NET, reinforcement, prompting).
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently during sessions.
• Strong communication with families and clinical supervisors.
• Experience working in school-based settings.

Responsibilities
