Get Set ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics in the Baltimore County area. You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA and collect data on client progress.

This flexible, per diem role offers daytime, afternoon, and early evening shifts, with BCBA supervision for fieldwork, plus reimbursement for licensing and work materials.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain it (we provide support).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics in the Baltimore County area.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior goals.
• Communicate effectively with families and clinical supervisors.
• Maintain a safe and engaging environment for therapy sessions.
