ABA A Step At A Time Care is actively hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or the community under BCBA supervision. You will collect progress data and support families while delivering evidence-based interventions in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients.
• Adhere to the BACB code of ethics for RBTs.
• Continue professional development.
