Job summary

Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. The role centers on 1:1 sessions, data collection, and implementing treatment plans under a BCBA's supervision.

This position offers part-time hours with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within a collaborative team that supports family involvement and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment
