Job summary

Bloomwell Autism Therapy in Minneapolis, MN, seeks an entry-level or experienced RBT. Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans and building rapport with patients. The role offers competitive compensation from $20 to $29 per hour, guaranteed full-time hours, up to 4 weeks of Paid Time Off, ongoing training, and comprehensive benefits. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred for entry level BT roles. Psychology degree helpful.
• Experience as an RBT is great but NOT required.
• Available Monday – Friday from 7:45am – 4:30pm.
• Willingness to go above and beyond for our teammates and patients.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and sit on the floor for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
• Build rapport and establish a positive, therapeutic relationship with patients.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to review behavior intervention plans.
• Ensure all interventions are applied consistently with ethical and professional standards.

Skills

Experience and passion for working with children

Bend, kneel, and sit on the floor

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Ability to move quickly in response to patient needs

Education
