Job summary

A compassionate multi-disciplinary care provider is seeking both entry-level and experienced RBTs to join their team in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in any field for entry level roles.
• Experience as an RBT is a plus but not required.
• Must be available Monday – Friday from 7:45am – 4:30pm.
• Passion for working with children and relevant experience is beneficial.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving quickly.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on patient progress.
• Build rapport with patients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with BCBA to update behavior plans.
• Support a positive clinic culture.
