Bloomwell Autism Therapy is seeking entry-level and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Eagan, Minnesota. This role includes implementing behavior intervention plans and building positive relationships with patients. Qualifications
Available Monday – Friday from 7:45am – 4:30pm.
Experience as an RBT is preferred but not required.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and sit on the floor for extended periods.
Responsibilities
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
Build rapport and establish positive relationships with patients.
Collect and record data on patient progress and behavior.
