Bloomwell Autism Therapy is seeking entry-level and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Eagan, Minnesota. This role includes implementing behavior intervention plans and building positive relationships with patients. Qualifications

• Available Monday – Friday from 7:45am – 4:30pm.
• Experience as an RBT is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and sit on the floor for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
• Build rapport and establish positive relationships with patients.
• Collect and record data on patient progress and behavior.
