Job summary

Qualifications
- Available Monday to Friday from 7:45am to 4:30pm.
- Experience as an RBT is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Willingness to create a sense of belonging and connection.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collect and record data on patient progress.
- Build rapport with patients and caregivers.
- Collaborate with the BCBA for plan updates.
- Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality.
Skills
Experience working with children
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Education
Bachelor's degree preferred
