Job summary

Bloomwell Autism Therapy in Anoka, Minnesota is seeking both entry-level and experienced RBTs to join our team dedicated to providing exceptional care to children with autism. Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans and recording patient progress. Qualifications

• Experience as an RBT is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and sit on the floor for extended periods.
• Available Monday – Friday from 7:45am – 4:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans directed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record data on an iPad regarding patient progress.
• Build rapport with patients and caregivers.
