Job summary

A dedicated autism care center in Bloomington, MN, is seeking both entry-level and experienced RBTs to change the lives of children with autism. Candidates will implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and build therapeutic relationships with patients. This position offers competitive pay between $20 and $29 per hour, guaranteed full-time hours, and a strong focus on teammate support through comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience as an RBT is great but NOT required.
• Prior experience in childcare roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed.
• Collect and record data on patient progress.
• Build rapport with patients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the treatment team.
• Maintain confidentiality with all patient information.
