BlueSprig’s Florida Autism Center is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in center-based and home-based settings. The role offers paid training, RBT certification, and mentorship, with a focus on developing communication, social, and daily living skills.

This part-time position provides pay for billable hours ($20–$22/hr, up to $23/hr for Lead RBT+ with tenure), plus benefits like daily pay, tuition discounts through Capella,

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation, attendance, and punctuality.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and a passion for helping children.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and frequently sit, stand, crouch, and get on/off the floor.
• If applying to a Florida location you must obtain a Florida driver's license before completing training.
• If applying to a Florida location, Florida Medicaid fingerprinting required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Communicate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Participate in training and professional development.
• Follow company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards
